How do I book?

How early do I need to book?

We can typically accommodate requests that are received within 5 days of your event but recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Please note that a deposit is required to book a date. The deposit will be applied towards your final bill and is refundable up until 5 days (125 hours) before your event.

What cities do you serve?

We serve much of the greater Cleveland area. 

No additional charges when delivering to: Chagrin Falls, Solon, Bedford, Aurora, Beachwood, Shaker Heights, Macedonia, Twinsburg, or any address within 20 miles of driving distance from our headquarters in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

Locations further than 20 miles will incur an additional charge of $20 per additional 10 miles.

How much space do I need for a party?

Each tent requires 7.5 by 3.5 feet of space for setup. A typical 5 tent setup will require a cleared area of 17 by 12 feet. Please ensure this space is clear before your setup appointment.

How is the equipment cleaned and sanitized?

A multi-step process is used to ensure equipment is returned to a like-new condition and sterilized before each rental. All equipment is sanitized using a product authorized by the Ohio Department of Commerce and the EPA that kills mold, fungus, germs, bacteria, and bed bugs. All hard surfaces are wiped down with soap and water. All fabric is laundered. 

Can I purchase rented equipment?

Yes! If interested in keeping or purchasing equipment please contact us. Prices are also shown in your rental agreement.

Who will deliver my rented equipment and set-up my party?

Pillow Fort Rentals is entirely owned and operated by myself and my wife. We are personally present at each delivery and set-up to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
