1. Customers are responsible for paying replacement costs for damaged equipment. We will never charge for normal wear but any equipment that is broken, torn, or permanently stained will incur additional fees.
   
   
2. For sanitation reasons we do not rent pillows for sleeping on. We encourage hosts to ask that guests provide their own pillows. Alternatively, contact us to inquire about our new pillows that are available for purchase.
   
   
3. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each use.
   
   
4. We are located in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Any customer located further than 20 miles from our site will be billed an additional $20 per 10 miles.
   
   
5. Each tent requires 7.5 by 3.5 feet of space for setup. A typical 5 tent setup will require a cleared area of 17 by 12 feet. Please ensure this space is clear before your setup appointment.
